atlascode : connection error to jira server

Deleted user November 13, 2019

Hi !

I would like to use atlassian for vs code, but I can't connect to jira server (it's seems to work with bitbucket).

When I enter url (https://jira.mydomain.tv) & credential, and press "SAVE", I get this error :

Error authenticating with Jira: Error: write EPROTO 165762249608:error:100000f0:SSL routines:OPENSSL_internal:UNSUPPORTED_PROTOCOL:../../third_party/boringssl/src/ssl/handshake_client.cc:568:

It's a intranet server.

I use VSCode 1.40

Any idea ?

Have a nice day.

@[deleted] Can you double-check the URL scheme (http vs https)?

If that doesn't work, set the extension's output level to `debug` in VS Code settings (`Preferences: Open Settings (UI)` from command palette to open the settings and search for `atlascode.outputLevel`) and let us know if you see any errors in VS Code's debug console pane. You may have to select `Atlassian` in the output pane. Please create a new issue or use `Send Feedback` from the extension's settings page.

Thanks for your answer. I will create a new issue with debug output (no more information).

Have a nice day.
