Hi, Do you know if it is possible to assign a action in Jira to a "virtual person" without email address? I want to assign all the on hold actions to a "virtual users" without email address. How can I do it?

Hi Ana,

Yes, there is a way to achieve what you want. There are couple of threads here on Answers which should give all the information you need: here and here. You basically create a user and provide an email from a distribution list and never log-in with it.
