api between Topdesk and Jira

We want to migrate from Topdesk to JIRA. If we want to migrate in 2 steps (first: all issues will be registered in Topdesk and the changes (based upon these issues) will be registered in JIRA; second: both issues and changes will be registered in JIRA).

For the first migration I want to know if there is functionality within JIRA to make a connection between JIRA and Topdesk, so that it is easy to make that connection automatically once and then use is afterwards to switch easily between Issue (Topdesk) and Change (JIRA)? How and where do I have to configure that? (an handmade external reference with projectname and (serial) number is not suitable)

This widget could not be displayed.

Doing a quicksearch in the Atlassian Marketplace said there's a plugin for that (i'm not sure how credible, I have not tried it myself). Take a look at that plugin and checkout the reviews.

If you want to create it yourself, JIRA has a robust API that can do just that (like what the ORASI's HPQC-JIRA is doing).
