We are using servicedesk to service external customers. When a customer logs in, we want them to see all the tickets entered by users within their company. We allow individual users to have their own login. We need an automated solution that will automatically allow all users in one company to see all the tickets for that particular company. How can we set this up in service desk?

There's no easy way to do that yet. The latest version of Service Desk does have something to help with it, but it's only on Cloud so far. It should make its way to server soon.
