You have not specified which products you are using and they may have different levels of support for this. For example, the process for JIRA is documented here:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Migrating+from+JIRA+OnDemand+to+a+JIRA+Installed+Site

and for Confluence here:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Migrating+from+Confluence+OnDemand+to+a+Confluence+Installed+Site

In short, depending on the product, this is usually possible within certain limits. You must usually use a special version (the most recent standard download version for JIRA; a special OnDemand build for Confluence). There may also be occasional blackout periods where moving from OnDemand to on premises installations are not supported at all; such windows are usually either brief or reported far enough in advance that you can plan around them.

So how about JIRA Agile plugin, so no backup for this plugin needed right?

JIRA Agile is addressed in sections 6 and 7 of the document that I linked to in my answer. You would need to install (and license) a version of JIRA Agile that is the same as the OnDemand version or later.

That said, correct -- JIRA Agile's data is included in the JIRA backup. You do not need to perform any kind of independent backup for it.
