additional fields for an user in the user management

can i add additional fields for an user in the user management - like Phone number for the users they are stored in the internal jira directory??

OK, that´s what i expected. Is there any workaround or possibility to solve this via an Jira plugin.?

I found the CRM Plugin but i am not sure if this the right way to solved my problem.

I don't know what your requirements are (how you intend to use the info) but one possible option if you are using Confluence is to add to the users profile page. There may be plugins available but I have never looked.
