I currently have JIRA Software but would like to add JIRA Service Desk to my account. When I try to add it I get an error message "JIRA Service Desk is unavaliable"
"We're upgrading our cloud infrastructure to make your Atlassian experience even better. Because of this major change, JIRA Service Desk is not available for your site right now. When it's ready, we can notify you via email. It may take a few weeks."
When can I expect this service to be avaliable?

Having the same problem. The statement "it may take a few weeks" is not encouraging at all. I am able to start a brand new JIRA Servicedesk using a new account.

Same here - would love to get Jira and Jira Service Desk going - strangest thing being told i cant purchase it .....
