account id

Hi All,

By mistake I wrote a wrong ID when I activated the license .

Instead of Aitechsystems  I wrote  aitechechsystems.

I tried to back up and import it to the new ID , but I don’t see that the license is imported

please help me to solve it

can you better explain where the issue lies? Where is this account ID? Is this with your URL, users name, email, etc? You als mention importing which I’m not following.

Hi ,

No , i just claimed my license , no need to import anything .

only to change the url .

instead of aitechechsystems it should be Aitechsystems

Normally, this is something that Atlassian Support could assist with. However, given you are on Free plan formal/official support is not an option for you. The only options are to a) live w/ the current URL or b) create a new free instance.
