accessing Portal Through Internet

I have installed JIRA Software 7.2.4 , added Core and Service Desk on Server

it is configured as http://localhost:8080 that I can access it internally. However I need other users to be able to access the Dashboard, changed the localhost to Public IP of the server but still not accessible

need to get it up and running by tomorrow morning and don't have time to play around, any help would be great

some settings that may help :

Mode: Public

External user Management: OFF

This is a networking question really.  You've got JIRA running ok on http://localhost:8080 so that covers the Atlassian side of it.  To make it public, you need to give other users a route to it.

On the most simple level, that route would be http://aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd:8080 - the letters being the IP address (IP4) of your machine (not the name, but the plain IP address), and the 8080 is the port.  Does that work?
