access to jira and service desk

dear,

i have custom field to CC someone on issue on service desk, and to give access to user to CC someone on issue they should have access "Browse Projects" in project permission.

but i dont want them to access jira, i just want them to access the service desk and CC others on the issue. do you think there is a way to do that ?

Hello.

Service Desk Customers has the browse project permission. So as soon as a users is part of your customers under Service Desk, your requirement is satisfied.
