access resource from plugin

HI,

In Jira 7 How can I access the resource from plugin.

for example 

/jira/download/resources/PluginKey/resources/js/app.html

If I want to access the app.html in the browser how can I access it.

Following is from my WorklogPRO plugin, substitute plugin key and resource key (from atlassian-plugin.xml file) with your own plugin key and resource key. Of course file name too.

$baseurl/download/resources/com.deniz.jira.worklog:worklog-timesheet-resources/$action.backgroundFileName

I have used this in Jira 6 and It's working fine but in jira 7 I couldn't access it like this.
