Zephyr dashboard error

There are 544 test cases in one of our projects, The QA team has executed those tests in cycles already. Also the user created a dashboard that is comprised of JIRA and Zephyr widgets for tracking tests and bugs.

My question is the user is getting the below error when selecting Test > Test Metrics if we are using the Test issue type?

The user see's the below error:

The dashboard you requested either does not exist or you don't have access to it.
If you think this message is wrong, please contact your JIRA administrators.

What is the way to view Test cases in dashboard, is that from Summary section of the project? or is there any other option? please let me know.

or

The user should have zephyr gadgets in his dashboard to view test cases?
