Zephyr - I am unable to 'Add' any Test Cases to a Test Cycle

I am not able to 'add' a test case to test cycle from the plan test cycle page.

Getting the below error :The following just happened:

Tests added:-
These Tests could not be added Invalid:-
Belongs to another project:-
Already present in this Test Cycle:-
Not a Test:-
Warning(s):We encountered some problems during processing this request. Please try again!: RWM-19

I have not had a response from Zephyr online Support for 2 days now, so, I am at a loss on where to go next to get this issue resolved

For me Solution was :  remove the Zephy plugin and install again as it was not configured properly .

Give a try and see if it works for you ..

Else you can raise a ticket and support team will look in to the issue..
