I had been able to setup ticket sharing between the sandbox site and zendesk, but when i try to setup ticket sharing with the production site i get and SSL error.
our zendesk stie uses a different URL then znedesk.com. Does that cause a problem with the SSL authentication?
If the CN value (hostname) in the remote certificate site is not the same as JIRA is requesting/trying to access, probabily it will fail. This is because the remote system will not be recognized as trusted by JIRA.
