Zendesk connector + JIRA

Unknown April 29, 2013

Please contact your JIRA administrators."

Sólo parece suceder en los tickets compartidos.

We are having problems with the implmentation of Zendesk with JIRA. We just configured all the eviroment, created a couple projects and configured the Zendesk and svn plugins. After the Zendesk sharing ticket config it started failing the Activity part on the issue panel just doesn't show. It throws the error : "Error rendering 'com.atlassian.jira.jira-view-issue-plugin:activitymodule'. Please contact your JIRA administrators."

It only seems to happen on the shared tickets.

Atlassian just answered that.

Was this version 1.4.1 of the "CustomWare Core Connector Plugin"? It looks like the latest version of that is still only 1.4.0 on Marketplace. Did CustomWare help you get this?

We are happy to help you - but contact us direct at info@appfusions.com please.

Troubleshooting integrations are not so easy to do on forums - since your environment settings are key to this. We have worked with this connector before though with clients.
