Hi,
I'm having similar issues to other users, where I'm getting a synchronisation error when updating Jira tasks that are connected to Zendesk.
From looking at the plugin version history, it appears this issue has been recently fixed. How do we go about getting this into our OnDemand Jira?

Contact OnDemand support and make your request for an upgrade. Do not expect it to occur quickly since they need to run the plugin through it paces before everyone on OnDemand gets the upgrade.
