Zendesk Integration Instructions are wrong

I've followed the instructions here : https://support.zendesk.com/entries/20560907-zendesk-for-jira-2-0-getting-started#using_sharing_first_ticket to get my ondemand jira to talk to zendesk, and step 3 under "using the integration" doesn't happen?

I can't find any way to link anything in zendesk with projects in Jira.

Anyone solve this yet?
