Hi,
I'm trying to setup a group of users that can only see a certain project. So I
1) Setup a new project "uc-project"
2) Setup a new group "uc-users"
3) Amend the Project Role to include as Users the new group in 2 "uc-users"
4) Setup a new user and just add them to the single new group above "uc-users"
When I login as this user the login page says
You do not have a permission to log in.
If I use the test permission feature they have permission to view project bugs as above.
If I add the user back to the jira-users group they can login (but they see other projects).
What am I doing wrong?
Global Permission was my issue:
JIRA Users
Ability to log in to JIRA. They are a 'user'. Any new users created will automatically join these groups, unless those groups have JIRA System Administrators or JIRA Administrators permissions.
Note: All users need this permission to log in to JIRA, even if they have other permissions.
