Would like to view issues assigned to users in a group I am not in

Hello!

I am trying to create a filter for our Technology management to view issues assigned to our developer group. Management is not in the group, so they are not able to select the developer group when creating the filter. It looks like the only group options are groups that you are in. We do not want the managers in this group because they are assigned work that we do not want visible in this filter. Is there a way to search for issues assigned to users in a group that you are a part of?

Well, the point is that this is for security restrictions. Rather than add them into the group that they do not belong, why don't you create another user and give that user the right permissions and do your reporting based on that?
