Would like to understand more about the "domain"

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: The upgrade to Atlassian account

Most of our users have the same domain (company.com), but we do have lots of contractors with a different email domain.

Does this affect us at all?  Do we still add users the same way?

Hi ddesjard-sra, no it will not affect you.

Just an assumption here, if you meant the button 'Domains' on site administration, it only verifies your own email domain.

Hope it helps, and if it's not that let me know so I can try to understand it right.
