Worklog times not editable

Hey guys,

how can I enable the editing of the worklogs in jira?

For example when you entered the wrong time it would be cool if you could change it.

Even cooler would be to have the editing-option for a limited time (5 minutes for example).

You would need the permissions Work on Issues and Edit Own Worklogs or Edit all Worklogs depending if it is your worklog or from someone else
