I added another status item to the workflow for a project as the admin. However, non-admins can't see the status to move issues to it. It there an additional step to make it visible to non-admins?

Thanks,

Diane

Hi Diane,

did you publish your modified workflow? Do you have transitions from the already existing statuses to the new one in place?

In addition can you check to see if there are any conditions active for the transitions to that new status?

Hi @Kurt Klinner

Yes the workflow has been published. Users can see the new status on the board and move issues there. It's just when they get into the edit mode of an issue that they can't see it on the workflow pulldown. Transitions can go from the existing statuses to the new one.
