hello I have a project with several different boards and different statuses, and I have created only one workflow for these boards, but I feel that this is causing complexity? Is it better to have one workflow for each board or is one workflow enough?
Over time, the number of statuses has increased and the workflow has become complicated. What ideas do you have to avoid its complexity?
Hi Mary,
why do you feel it is causing complexity? What is it that you were trying to achieve with multiple boards?

Because of the many states we have and the transition between them

But I still don't see what the pain point is for you. What problem is the "complexity" causing you?
As a side note, I tend to focus on reduced maintenance. Therefore, I usually side with a single workflow with multiple boards. Boards are usually based on either Issue Types or specific functions, like Designers have their board, Developers have their board, QA has their board, but there is always a "master" board that shows ALL work the team is doing.

Your workflow statuses are mapped to your columns. You can have different boards with different statuses on one workflow. Best practice is not to have too much statuses on the workflow though.
