I have a user who is unable to get subtasks created when using the create subtask post function in a workflow transition. using Bob Swifts Create on Transition.

The set up is as follows for the create subtask function - any advice on why this may not be working?

Figured it out. The user didn't have any issues as a sub task in their issue type. Added a subtask, worked as expected.

Which add-on is providing the post-function?

Does the user trying this have "create issue" rights in the project permissions?

The add on is Bob Swifts Atlassian Add Ons - Create On Transition. The user does have "create issue" right in the project.
