With new search Sprint field appears as deactivated

With the new live search included in JIRA 5.2, our sprint fields appears always in grey color. It indicates thet the field is not applicacble, but we are using GreenHopper ans its sprints system.

Support tells me that it is a normal behaviour for basic search. To filter by sprints I should use JQL, or expect one of the new functionalities to implement it. The functionality expected is search 'sprint by name'

Xavier, I'm not exactly sure if I understood what you meant, would you mind to create a ticket under support.atlassian.com and clarify to us a little bit more what's happening? Perhaps screenshots of the problem? Any additional info would help us a lot on trying to understand what's happening.
