I found JETI but it looks like this is not available for onDemand. Is there a plugin or feature for Jira onDemand that allows you to:
1) send to multiple recipients (possibly non-users)
2) send the outgoing email with an attachment, where the attachment would then be saved with the Issue.
Thanks for confirming what I suspected! It would be great to have a plug in like JETI for OnDemand. I have found that if you send the email from Outlook and reference the Jira Id in the title that you can include an attachment which will be appended to the Jira issue. (wanted to mention that in case anyone else is looking for a temporary solution)
