Why velocity chart doesn't show when I select All Report?

The very first time when I select reports, I can view velocity chart under under Agile. But after I view Burndown Chart, I want to see velocity chart, so from the pull down I selected All reports. AT this time, the velocity chart doesn't show up. Not sure why?

Might be a bug. It should really show up, unless you switched in to a Kanban board or something.
