Why variable "${approval.buttons}" prompt errors?

Hi Randy,

Approval buttons do not currently work in email for Jira Cloud. Be advised that the feature you commented on (JSDSERVER-4349) was released for Jira Service Desk Server version 3.12.0.

I see, its currently unavailable in cloud. Please help us to have this features of service desk approval button. Thank you i just voted it.
