You could setup Atlassian Crowd to implement a Single Sign-on solution within your company that would allow users to authenticate on all three applications using the same credentials.
Note that this is not possible if you are an Atlassian Cloud subscriber, because the authentication system of applications under that structure is different than the one used in other Atlassian products.
