Why isn't OnDemand auto-creating spaces in Confluence?

Chris Simmons September 15, 2013

There are two issues here:

  • Perhaps I'm crazy, but I recall that creating a JIRA project also created a space with a comparable key in Confluence with the associated project links. My OnDemand instance is not doing that any longer.
  • When I try to create a project link manually to Confluence, I get this message: "Sorry, there are no links for this user available, check your permission configuration of the remote application."

Am I doing something wrong?

Sounds like it could be a bug:

Definitely looks like it could be that. I also have an internal support ticket going. We'll see if it turns out that's the case. If so, I'll come back and mark your answer as The One.

Atlassian's response implies that it is indeed the cause. Marking as the answer.
