Why is my question marked as spam?

Because the first ticket was marked spam, I created another one because I really need to know something about the issue.

Hi Steven,

I released your first question from spam quarantine. Thank you for pointing us to that.

We (Atlassian and Community / Partner Champions) look regularly at the spam quarantine and release false classified posts. But most of us are just users like you and therefore it may take some time before one of us is looking at the posts caught by the spam filter - my apologies for that.
