Our JIRA was recently updated to the newest version and ever since, cloning a ticket has become a 5-minute affair. This is extremely irritating. Any suggestions on why this is happening or a fix?
Is it only cloning? Is creating also slow? I don't think we're going to be able to troubleshoot this kind of thing in this kind of forum. I would urge you to contact your admins (if you are not the admin) and reach out to Atlassian or a Partner to troubleshoot.
It's just cloning - not creating tickets. I was wondering if anyone else had run into the same problem with the 'new' version of JIRA, where instead of getting the sidebar with the ticket detail it is a pop up in the window and you can't use the keyboard shortcuts to delete/clone/move etc any more.
