Why is backup frequency limited?

I want to make a JIRA backup and "You can not make another backup right now. Approximate time till next allowed backup: 37h 32m".

Could I change this behiavour?

Hi Marisa,

From this KB article:

You can't "reset the clock" if you're a cloud customer, but you can create a support ticket and they'll do it for you.

Resetting this clock is one of the restricted functions in JIRA cloud, but the link in the KB article to the restricted functions is wrong, so you can find it here.
