Thank you for your quick reply. The reason I created a My Atlassian account is to be able to change the email address the invoices are sent to. Is there another way I can change this?

Your account from my.atlassian.com is not the same that you should use for your JIRA Cloud installation. They are different systems.
At this moment, it's not possible to have these accounts merged.
