Why has the old view stopped working!!!

I cannot scroll down the tickets. The old view was working yesterday, and most of my company use the old view.

The new view is not a workable option for us, please can you help??????

Hi Sonia,

Can you please open the developer tools on your browser and send us the error message?
Also, is it happening on all browsers? Can you test using another one?

It is now working and there was no error message, you just could not scroll down/up. And it was on ll browsers.
