Why has my JIRA functionality changed overnight?

Good Afternoon

I am a new user to JIRA*

Yesterday i was able to attach a image within the "Create Issue* using the copy and paste function.By pasting the image file into the description field that would auto detect the attachment field and allow the file to be copied. Today during UAT our users were no longer able to use this method. The alternative was to manually save, browse and attach the file. No configuration to the system/JIRA settings during the period gap.

Are you sure you are trying from a supported browser? Copy/paste attachment of images don't work from some browsers for example, it doesn't work on Safari but works on Chrome.
