We started using Jira Software and Service management last Dec. 2020 and at the time I added about 6 users from a different organisation who support us. They have a different domain. This has worked fine until this month when I started geting reports from them that they couldn't access our Jira. When I checked their accounts have been disabled. I just had another report today. How do I reactivate their account? I cannot verify their domain as they are a global company and will not change their domain record for us.
