Why doesn`t ZenDesk send a ticket sharing agreement to Jira?

I tried to setup a connection between ZenDesk and Jira. I followed the instructions of the setup guide: https://support.zendesk.com/entries/20560907-zendesk-for-jira-2-0-getting-started#jira_install_connector

If i click new sharing invite, nothing happens but a loading sign appears (like a circle).

The invitation doesn`t arrive in Jira.

Should i concretize my problem / how can i concretize my problem?

Can you reattempt the connection configuration as per this page? Remember to delete the old connections, and retry everything again from scratch. :)
