The Atlassian Community can help you and your team get more value out of Atlassian products and practices.
If I ask question in this Jira Atlassian Help Community, then it'll be subscribed automatically, and I should get an email whenever someone comment or reply on my question or thread. This thing was working fine previously, but I don't know nowadays I'm not getting emails and I forgot to follow up my own questions.
Two things happened:
1. I did something on notification settings, but don't know how to correct
2. I ask this question, but it is not automatically changes from "watch" to "watching"
Hi @Jimmy Trivedi,
In your Community profile notification settings , there's a check that says "Automatically watch everything I participate in" and several checks that explicitly turn off certain notifications. Most likely, it is one / a combination of the changes you made to your notification settings that is causing your inconvenience.
You can update settings through your avatar near the top right corner, navigating to Manage settings > Notifications > Settings:
Hope this helps!
