When changing what columns I see on the Issue Navigator page, when I search I see 15 External Issue Id choices. Why is that?
I am guessing here, but I think your admins have been asked to import data from other systems, and the "refer back to old system" field has not been reused, just created duplicates.
I would ask your admins to have a look at the duplicated fields, with a view to merging them into one!
