When I log work on an issue, within a few minutes I recieve the nex mail twice:
An error was encountered upon synchronizing Issue: ROC-1.
Below are the errors:
Error updating remote object, caused by. Error status 401:<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <hash>
<error>Couldn't authenticate you</error> </hash>
These errors are also logged in the Diagnostics section in the Administration Console.
The work log succeeded, so I don't understand why I get these emails.
Did you integrate the system with a remote tool like zendesk?
