Why confluence users don't have access to Spaces when SSO enabled?

Michael Smith March 5, 2020

Our company wants to implement Confluence and Jira SSO. I've chosen Crowd for that. What I did:

- Installed and run Crowd.
- Created Jira Directory in Crowd.
- Imported all Jira users to Jira Directory in Crowd.
- Created Jira application in Crowd using Jira Directory.
- Connected Jira to Crowd.
- Confluence manages users and Groups with Jira.

SSO works, but when users log in to confluence they get errors that some Spaces restricted for them. But when SSO is turn off they have access to the Spaces.

Could anyone explain what I did wrong?
