Why cannot I see child issue in portfolio plan?

In the Initiative TESTTOOLS-633 I have a number of linked epics, see left picture. But for some reason I can not manage to get the issue TESTTOOLS-635 visible in the Portfolio view, see right picture. It was visible before, but disappeared when I deleted the fix version for the epic. I´ve have tried to both copy and create a new issue (TESTTOOLS-1581, TESTTOOLS-1582 )and link the stories to new epics instead, but still none of the issues previously linked to TESTTOOLS-635 want to show up in the portfolio view.

How to fix this issue .
