Why can't I see other boards in my workspace?

I am unable to access or see other boards in my workspace. I keep encountering the message: "The connection to your boards could not be established. Please try again." even though the admin has provided me with the necessary permissions and settings to access these boards.

It seems like there might be a technical issue preventing the connection. Could you please assist in resolving this?

Can you please confirm the following: 

• Do you have access to the project (can you see the issues in the project, regardless of the board?) 
• Do you have the necessary permissions in the board itself: Do you have read access to the board / filter? 
• Is it a specific board but you can see others?
• Do you have a Jira (Software) license? Kanban / Scrum boards are a software feature so you need the correct license to view them.
