Why can't I invite teammates? It showing 'Something went wrong, try again later'

Whenever I try to invite a teammate, it showing an error 'Something went wrong, try again later'.

I am using free version of JIRA software web version and  currently total number of users including admin is 8.

Please, follow the steps below In order to further troubleshoot the issue:

1. Try to clear your browser cache
2. Check if the same problem happens in a different browser and on incognito mode
3. If the problem still happens, please access your browser dev tools and check if any errors are returned when reproducing the issue in the console or network tabs:
   For Firefox: What are browser Devtools 
   For Chrome: Chrome Devtools 

Please, let us know the error returned in your browser Devtools if the first two steps didn't work.
