Why can't I change my own issue filters?

I even tried to create a brand new filter, saved it and tried to change it.  It just gives a Save As button.  No Save option.  I am in the JIRA-administrators and jira-users groups.

Figured out. Ran a reindex and its working now.

After making the changes, make sure you run the filter (by clicking on the search - glass icon) on the right. You will then get the option to Save.

Tried that. No dice. Still "Save As" only.
