These are stories with NO SUBTASKS.

Hi

If you cannot do it, then most probably you have the problem with your custimized issue workflow i.e. you either have wrong validator(s) or wrong condition(s) set up.

BTW, you say you cannot resolve stories... does it mean you do not see button "Resolve" or you can see it and click it, but then you cannot finish resolving the story? Do you see any red jira comment?

Hi Douglas

You can resolve the stories, but if inside the story there are subtasks, first you will have to resolve all the subtasks to then resolve the story.

Hope it helps,

Ricardo Carracedo.

Hi Ricardo

By default, our workflow did not validate whether all sub-tasks were done.

We had to add this kind of validation by editing workflow and adding validation function.

Best regards

Tomek
