Why aren't my JIRA Custom reports pulling through?

As per screenshot I an recieving the error message on some of my custom reports? We require these for our daily scrum meetings each morning.

Looks like you or another admin has disabled or removed the "all in one reports" add-on. 

Or it may not have a valid licence (although I expect a different error message if that was the case)
