Why are there no cards shown on my kanban board?

Andrew Garver October 23, 2017

I can see a number representing how many issues are in each status next to the column heading, but no cards are shown in the actual columns. If I move issues to the kanban backlog, they appear there just fine.

There is no sub-filter being applied, my query returns the correct issues when I search for them, and the number next to the column status is correct. Why are the actual cards themselves not showing up?

Hi Andrew,

Usually when we see this issue occur, the issue lies with the mapping of the columns. Please ensure that each column is correctly mapped to an issue status.

You can find more detailed information in the following KB:

Hope this helps!

Regards,

Steven

The columns are mapped correctly. This is not the issue.
