Why are my tickets still have Resolution of UNRESOLVED despite having status of COMPLETE?

My stories and subtasks still appear UNRESOLVED despite moving them to DONE with status COMPLETE. All of the tickets ever since i started working on our board have been this way.

It's not 100% clear from your question but when you transition from In Progress to Done you need to set a resolution status.

 

You can do this by a post function that you set up in the workflow, or by adding the Resolution field to the transition screen.

Hi you must set the resolution field on transitions that goes to a 'Done' category status.
